This is a fact that Allah Almighty tests a person with various difficulties and worries in the present world. However, a true believer does not give in to pessimism especially when he is faced with certain anxieties. Almighty Allah has given him a test to see how that person behaves in difficult situations. The solution to get through these problems is not by weeping or regretting sorrowfully. The solution is present in seeking help from Almighty Allah.
 

It is said in Holy Quran:

“Who responds to the oppressed when they call on Him and removes their distress.”(Quran 27:62).

A person must pray for help from Almighty Allah and hope that his request will be granted. This is a promise made by Almighty Allah to all his servants. Furthermore, Almighty Allah has created certain moments of difficulty and anxiety for a very special purpose. After looking through the eyes of faith towards the beauty that Allah Almighty has created, one can see that the contentment of a person will increase. Holy Quran teaching will tell you that Emotionalism is not at all desired by the religion Islam. Emotionalism also leads people to react in certain situations with excess pleasure.

Emotionalism displays itself in the form of sadness in women, while in men it displays in the form of anger and aggression. Often the newspaper is filled with various crimes and offences that are committed by any type of personality. An evening that might start very pleasantly but end in when an emotional man creates a trouble for you. An emotional person might get angry if any person makes a wrong move in traffic, or can cause trouble and pain for others.

Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) also preaches serenity among all the believers. He said: "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people with his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger."
